Terms of Service
Meliora believes in maintaining transparent, simple, and fair payment terms for all clients.
- 30% advance payment along with the confirmed work order.
- 50% payment at least seven (7) working days before the event.
- Remaining 20% payment before the commencement of the event.
Meliora respects and complies with all licenses, permits, permissions, and legal requirements necessary for conducting events and encourages clients to do the same.
We do not undertake projects without an authorized work order or any contractual documentation required for the engagement.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
Meliora promotes secure and legal payment methods and complies with all applicable taxes, duties, and statutory requirements.
Event cancellations, postponements, modifications, or scope changes shall be governed by the individual agreement or contract executed with each client.
We respect our environment and encourage sustainable event practices wherever reasonably possible. Meliora does not knowingly undertake activities that may cause unnecessary or irreversible harm to nature.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website, including but not limited to event concepts, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, branding, layouts, text, documents, downloadable materials, and other creative works are the intellectual property of Meliora.
