User Data Deletion
If you wish to request deletion of your personal information stored by Merahki Events, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to:
eventsbymeliora@gmail.com
Please include the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your WhatsApp Phone Number
- A request stating that you would like your personal information deleted

Subject: User Data Deletion Request
Hello,
Please delete all my personal information associated with WhatsApp number +91XXXXXXXXXX.
Thank you.
Processing Time
Once we receive and verify your request, we will process valid deletion requests within 7 business days.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification, we will delete, where applicable:
- Your stored contact information
- Chat history stored in our systems
- Booking information that is no longer legally required to be retained
Certain information may be retained if required by applicable laws or regulations.
